肩膀與手臂交接處痛_親身實例
上禮拜一個拿東西姿勢稍有差錯，不曉得哪根筋跟哪根筋打架，當晚睡覺每次翻身，壓到右邊肩膀與手臂交接處(專有名詞不曉得怎麼講？)就痛醒，早上起床右手平舉都會痠痛。(原來是冰凍肩惹禍！)
此時靈光一閃，額際顯現原始點涵蓋示意圖，就馬上用自己做的人工手肘工具DIY推按起來：
綠色-------肩部原始點(含肩胛骨旁特殊點)
黃色-------頸部原始點
灰色-------肘部原始點
淡紫色----上下背部原始點
其實在按推肩部原始點(含肩胛骨旁特殊點)後平舉手臂已無痛感，但彎著抬手還是會痛，於是加上頸部、肘部、上下背部原始點推按後還是會痛，馬上意識到是本處體傷，就不再去動會痛的姿勢部位，只要加強本身熱能或在患處溫敷即可，並配合太極拳、自發功、平甩功等運動，昨天白天就不自覺有痛楚，當晚才驚覺已經好了！
前後3~4天，不花一毛錢看醫生吃藥，省錢又環保，這麼好康，還不快來學！
